I think he was obliviously doing his own thing. Not caring what anyone else thought. True, it takes a certain amount of courage to stand up and do something you enjoy and not care about being judged, but maybe he was just enjoying the music with dancing.

You just have to have the courage to be a good follower, and be a part of a growing army of entrepreneurs…while the masses are looking for that elusive ‘good job’ and job security.
Someday, a crowd of people may look to you as their leader who helped them take advantage of the incredible freedom to enterprise, and become successful business owners.
